Our Chairman Mr.C.Devadasa Sundaram is the founder Chairman of CeeDeeYes group, a leading Real Estate business conglomerate with interest in premium / affordable housing and commercial IT parks.

He is a Civil Engineer (BE, MIE) and has headed projects for over 50 years. A man of vision and a true leader he continues to lead CeeDeeYeS towards greater achievements.

His immense knowledge of the real estate business and his sound technical acumen has crowned with success whether in housing, community living or commercial IT parks.

He incorporated CeeDeeYes in 1986 with the prime motive to provide affordable housing to all with very high-quality standards.

He made CeeDeeYes, one of the leading developers in Chennai promoting Real Estate Housing projects, Model Town Ship, IT Parks and other Commercial Developments.
